Thermoplastic polymer compositions in the form of master-batches comprising a copolymer matrix derived from olefinic monomers and alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer(s) and containing dispersed organophilic, exfoliatable fillers of the lamellar type, in which the filler is in the form of nano-particles after complete dispersion and constitutes at least 20 wt% of the composition.
