The scaffolding platform (1) comprises at one of its end two simple hooks (11) able to be hooked with a sliding freedom to a rung of two sets of vertical scaffolding extensions. At the opposite end of the platform is another hook (17) able to be locked to a rung of other sets of vertical extensions in a horizontal plane so that the platform is fixed to the sets of vertical extension supports in at least three points. An independent claim is included for scaffolding with a platform.
