The device has two parallel pins (100,200) placed on either side of a lesion (L) to be treated. The two ends of the pins overshoot on the outside on both sides of a limb (O) to be treated. An elastic module, which tends to move the two pins away from each other, has two flanges (300, 300) that are set on either sides of the limb. The flanges join the ends of the pin (200) which includes a guiding path of the pin (100).
