The device has a solar power supply source (1) with a regulator and a battery. A resonant circuit having a capacitor and a coil (12) produces damped wave pulses. An audio vibration mechanism emits pulses using the coil for switching MOSFETs to be on/off. A power regulator controls the magnetic flux density of the pulses. A frequency varying apparatus varies the frequency bands of the pulses. The coil is connected a bio-capacitor having bees-wax.
