The device has a perforating stem (24), at an end. Lateral aspiration holes are placed above closed end. A prehensile handle (20) with horizontal ears presents housing with a bottom surface forming a support surface for a cap in the housing. The cap is housed for clogging and offering a partition for upper push partition to a practitioner. A diaphragm (27a) is perforated during placing of a capsule by the stem.
