The device has a water closet (WC) toilet basin (9) mounted on a reservoir (1) containing a water flushing system (10) and cover replaced by a wash basin (2). Control knobs (6, 7) activated by pressure of a persons knee or hip activates the flushing system supplying water to a shank (4) of the wash basin and the toilet basin. The water flow is regulated by a tap (5) to extend duration of water flow in the wash basin.
