The unit has circular slots arranged in the bottom of circular housings cut in a base plate for the passage of a retaining screw. The housings have a diameter and depth for receiving circular washers (10,11). Each washer has an oblong hole with a length corresponding to that of the respective slot. The washers are rotated with the help of small holes (10b,10b and 11b,11b), respectively arranged near their periphery.
