The device has a frame (1) carried by four motor car wheels (3). The wheels are activated by a hydraulic engine supplied by oil from an oil pump driven by a thermal engine (7). The hydraulic engine permits hydrostatic displacement of the device. The displacement is remote-controllable and the frame supports a hydraulic bin collecting system. A gear box coupled to the hydraulic engine controls wheel shaft by a transmission shaft.
