The magnetic body (13) has magnetic powder layers mixed with viscous liquid and spread over outer surface of a support in a disc form. The magnetic body has a shape adapted to be positioned itself in a cap (2) of a vehicle fuel tank and produces a radiated magnetic field in the tank. The cap has a shutter part (21) and a connection part (22) equipped with an inner end of a chamber (221) and an outer end of an outer thread (222).
