The assembly has a fitting unit with rotation of a blind blade on a door. Toothed wheels (100, 150) angularly displace the blade, and a drive rack (110) cooperates with the toothed wheels. The toothed wheels and the rack are arranged such that amplitude of rotation movements of the wheels is made between zero degree and 180 degree. The wheels contain teeth in their circumference. An independent claim is also included for a window with a blind.
