The nozzle, made especially from copper or a copper alloy, consists of a generally elongated body (1) with an axial passage (2) to guide a gas flow between inlet (4) and outlet (3) orifices, and incorporates a gas flow regulator that allows the diameter of the outlet orifice to be adjusted. The diameter of the passage at the outlet end is between 0.5 and 1.8 mm, and the flow regulator is in the form of one or more spiral springs, preferably conical in shape, that can be expanded or contracted inside the passage.
