The card has a central flap (2) comprising two windows (12, 13) hidden by respective detachable labels (14, 15). Confidential information is imprinted on an end flap (4) in confidential zones (16, 17). The zones are disposed in a manner to superimpose the respective windows after folding such that the information is accessible only by removal of the label that are covered with scrambling impression.
