The system has a set of units (3) each with a height lower than the distance between two consecutive bars (2) and a length equal to the width of a handle of a string instrument e.g. guitar. The units have markings (4, 5) with colors for location of notes. The units are constituted by self-adhesive strips provided for being inserted into self-adhesive and transparent small pockets.
