The invention proposes in particular a mobile terminal including: - means for receiving the synchronization signals coming from a base station of a mobile radio system; - of the means for transmitting, to the base station, the requests for access to the communication resources, to the respective times fixed with respect to the instants of reception of said synchronization signals; - means for determining a distance with respect to the base station; and - means to anticipate the instants of transmission requests for access to the communication resources, as a function of the level of distance determined by the means for determining a distance with respect to the base station.
