The shutter has two walls (210, 220) in respective rigid materials, where the wall (220) covers an inner side (211) and the wall (210) spaced from the wall (220) to maintain a gap (205) on a central zone. A sealing unit is constituted of an assembly joint (230) connected to assembly zones (218, 228) of respective peripheral portions of the walls. The joint assures tight connection between the walls at their periphery. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle with a partition provided with an opening to be sealed.
