The unit has a shell with a super position wall (15) with contour whose perimeter is lower than or equal to that of a side of lateral walls (10) to mask the convex side of a main thermoformed hollow wall. The contour has a side distinct from the side corresponding to one of the walls (10). Another shell has a reciprocal integration unit to integrate lateral walls of the latter shell on the lateral walls of the former shell. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a container (b) a process of fabrication of a container (c) a machine for implementation of the process of fabrication of a container.
