The device has damper envelop (1) with a rod (2) which is surmounted on a screw (4) and inserted in an oil chamber (5). An intermediate piston (16) is moved during damping time, and is then stopped. A piston (14) having a joint (7) provides jack function. A spring (8) is fixed under a piston (18) to pushback damping oil in the chamber. The chamber has a spring (13) for adjusting movement of the piston (16).
