The accessory has a buoy (1) comprising an inflatable valve (2) secured by a cap (3), and a porthole (5) that is fixed to the buoy by a frame (7). Length of the porthole and height of insertion of the porthole in the buoy are such that the porthole contacts surface of water (9) and fits into the frame. Watertight joints (8) are provided between the porthole and the frame that is situated at interior of the buoy.
