The device has a valve (4) placed on an outlet conduit of a reservoir. A water level detector (1) opens the valve, when the water level in the reservoir reaches a threshold height, to create a hydraulic flush under the effect of hydrostatic pressure. A micro automaton (2) controls the opening and closing of the valve. A photovoltaic generator provides electrical energy for operating the valve and micro automaton. The closing of the valve avoids all leakage and allows refilling of the reservoir.
