The method involves placing a thermocouple, positioned at a given place of a thermal processing cell. A sensor is positioned within a load to be processed in the cell. The sensor has a hollow part for receiving the thermocouple. A guiding system is arranged to receive and guide the thermocouple towards the hollow part of the sensor, when heating or cooling cycle is started. An independent claim is also included for an equipment of measuring heating or cooling speed of a sensor.
