The mechanism has a platform moving downwardly by a pull generated by a spiral lock unit (30). A hinge groove (28) in accordance with the lock unit flexes downwardly. Side portions of flexible portions on both sides of the hinge groove move upwardly on account of a mounting feet (26) and the spiral lock unit mounting the platform to allow the platform to be acted upon by a pull.
