The device has an elastic material block (2) vulcanized on a support plate (1) and equipped with a tapping (4) at the center of the block, and a section having a threaded rod which inserts into the tapping. The rod permits bending of the section during light impacts and is pulled out from the tapping during violent impact. The rod allows the section to be detached from the block and the support plate.
