The base has a rail reinforcement piece (11) that extends partly below a longitudinal rail and forms a hollow body (C1). A reinforcement piece (12) is provided in which a part is substantially parallel to the front floor pan (10) on sides of the floor pan. The piece (12) is fixed to a branch of side rail (14) in lower transversal direction of the base by forming a hollow body (C2).
