The hollow part has an embedded computer, sensor, positioner, data storage and wireless transmission equipment for collecting orbital parameter and liberation parameter of an artificial planet. Sensors, antennas and micro-propellers are placed at envelop of the device. The device is placed on a 1.5 resonant orbit with respect to Venus.
