The measuring system for zone(s) of extrusion machine in the form of a sleeve (1) with a bore (3) containing a jacket (4) with rotary screw(s) (7,8) inside it consists of element(s) (20) that measures deformation of jacket, passing through a hole in sleeve and in contact with outer surface of jacket. Other elements (30,40) measure pressure inside the jacket and temperature inside the holes. The measuring system for at least one zone of an extrusion machine in the form of a sleeve (1) with a bore (3) containing a jacket (4) with rotary screw(s) (7,8) inside it consists of element(s) (20) that measures deformation of jacket, passing through a hole in sleeve and in contact with outer surface of jacket. Other elements (30, 40) measuring the pressure inside the jacket and the temperature inside the holes and furnish data fed to processing and analyzing apparatus. In the measuring zone the sleeve has two diametrically opposite apertures for the measuring elements; the deformation and pressure measuring elements are positioned perpendicular to the jacket's axis and located in the same plane. Each deformation measuring element is in the form of a threaded rod (21) screwed into a support fixed to the sleeve and has a stress gauge in contact with the jacket's outer wall, and each temperature measuring element is in the form of a thermocouple.
