The apparatus has two electric current connection and interruption systems. Operation of one system is caused by a straightening rod (f) that is adapted to the vertebral column and activates a sound/light/electric/vibrator signal based on position of a users back. Operation of the other system at the level of the back is caused by a pusher when the user curves the back and sticks down the base of his back on the backrest of a bench.
