The panel (1) has a core with a pyramid structure (2) providing upper and lower parts (A, C) and hollow spaces (B) between the two parts. The hollow spaces do not communicate between them. The structure has a plastic layer (D) including a base on which two films (3, 3) are applied by welding or pasting. The plastic layer has lesser area for heat exchange and contact, in order to create a thermal bridge.
