Fuel consumption reducing and operational safety increasing device for thermal engine, optimizes output of cylinder by individual adjustment of cam, where orientation of cam operation is made perpendicular to those of existing shafts
The device optimizes output of each cylinder of a thermal engine by individual adjustment of each cam (2) actuated by an electromechanical engine (3). The orientation of cam operation is laterally pivoted perpendicular with respect to those of existing longitudinal cam shafts. The profile of a transversal cam is progressive for avoiding premature breaking of a valve stem and the suppression of seat. The electromechanical engine assembly is regulated by an electronic control unit and the displacement of the cams actuating valves (1) is controlled by optoelectronic angular rotation detectors (4). Each electromechanical engine has a gear train with a set of helical teeth.
