The device has two parallel bars and a boat (8) moving up, when the waves arrive, to mount a piston (18) and a cage (20) whose windows move for water current to pass into a cylinder (22). The boat is lowered, when the waves recede, on the piston that pushes the cage inside the cylinder to close the cylinder. The cage descends the cylinder by pushing the water from the cylinder to a pipe (25) end then to an aqueous pipe leading to a dam. The two parallel bars are articulated at one side with a cross-piece fixed to two pillars sunken under sea, and another side to the boat.
