The device has a supply circuit (21) leaving from a terminal box (6) of a generator passing through a contact and going to a transformer and a terminal box of an electric motor. A diode is placed at the end of the circuit. A supply circuit (22) leaves the box (6) and goes to a galvanometer (15), by passing through a wattmeter (16), a differential switch, a light indicator and a multiple supply output.
