The structure has a body side (31) including an upper end forming a T shape with an elongated part. A reinforcement (32) presents an omega shaped transversal section in its elongated part to form an open cavity over its entire length. Lateral edges (39, 40) of the body side and lateral edges (48, 49) of the reinforcement are welded together. Another reinforcement (51) extends longitudinally at interior of the cavity.
