The method involves providing information indicating links between three terminals and corresponding users, availability of a videoconferencing equipment (T3) and types of media flow e.g. audio flow, supported by the equipment. A request for establishing the flow with the equipment is transmitted by a user (U1) towards the controller, which controls the flow transmission between the terminals. An independent claim is also included for a system for controlling multi-terminals communication.
