A centrifugal coupling is arranged between a drive member of a locking roller and a support arm to occupy disengaged or engaged position. The centrifugal coupling has a flyweight movable along the arm of drive member against a tension spring, and a connecting interface engaged inside the cylindrical rim of support arm to transmit elastic force of spring to flyweight.
