The scissors have a stainless steel blade (1) fixed by two screws in front part of the scissors. A blade (4) is moved by jerks and produces a useful cut of length three to four centimeters (cm). The ends of the two blades are extended by two pins of 2 cm. Two wheels (8) are placed at the bottom in front of the scissors. A transparent plexiglass cover (7) is fixed to the scissors by a hinge-pin.
