The head-rest has a unit (10) that is placed at interior of a back-rest and rotates around an axis when the body of user rebounds. The rotation of the unit causes the rotation of a frame work within a head-rest cushion. An activation cable (6) connects the unit and the framework. A zone of hooking the activation cable on the unit is arranged at a distance from the rotation axis of the unit and defines a lever arm (B1).
