The machine has a cradle (40) articulated with respect to a work table (14) around an articulation axis parallel to a plane of the table. A rotating tool holder shaft (28) of a shaper (24) and a pulley for supporting a circular saw blade (25) are carried by the cradle for being displaceable conjointly with respect to the table. The pulley rotates around an axis perpendicular to rotation axis of the shaft.
