The blank has a base (102) connected to flaps (112) by hinges (120) presenting bend and cut lines (122, 123). The lines (122) are parallel and are offset with respect to lateral edges (109) of an upper wall (106). The flaps, overlays and straps are folded along the lines (122), to form a platform. The blank is made of single layer cardboard and is obtained by single cutting and marking of folds. The platform projects with respect to planes constituted by the overlays.
