The head has a cylindrical housing (4) fabricated in metal sheet and equipped with a central orifice (12) on the bottom of a housing (4a) for the passage of a roller axle. A bearing retention unit includes a series of internal protrusions projecting from a wall of the housing (4), on an intermediate chamber (9). The protrusions are oriented towards the interior of the chamber (9).
