The return unit has a part (201) with an internal contour following an external contour of a kelly joint (109). The part is attached to a part (202) by an elastic unit. The part (202) has an anchor point (205) fixed with respect to a door. The joint drives a door-knob hole (108) of a lock of the door through a door handle. The return unit is placed between the lock and an assembly plate disposed against a flat side of the door. An independent claim is also included for a door lock assembly.
