The fixture has two lateral reflectors (R1, R2) transversally receiving reflecting blades (1). Each blade has concave and convex surfaces with parallel vertical planes orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of a linear fluorescent lamp. The surfaces have a transversal section of constant thickness, in a horizontal plane, where section divides the light flow and reduces vertical plane illumination along the longitudinal axis.
