Random binary sequence generating system for fingerprint encryption system, has fingerprint scanning sensor with analog-digital converter to convert voltage level detected by pyroelectric matrix into digital values
The system has a fingerprint scanning sensor (10) with a pyroelectric matrix constituted by eight rows of 280 pixels to detect a fingerprint during positioning of fingers against a surface of the sensor. The sensor has an analog-digital converter (14) to convert voltage level detected by the pyroelectric matrix into digital values whose least significant bits serve to constitute bits of pseudo-random sequence. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising a random binary sequence generator.
