The device has a demountable flange (40) integrated with a rotating hub (2) of a propeller of an aircraft to block an axial displacement of conical rollers (12) towards an outer side (11) of a chamber (5) of the hub. A base (3) of a blade rotates along an axis of the blade in the chamber of the hub by bearings (R1, R2) with oblique contact to conical rollers (12). Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a propeller for an aircraft comprising a blade mounting device (b) a method for mounting a blade at variable incidence angle in a rotating hub of a propeller of an aircraft.
