The method involves increasing power consumed by a refrigerating loop (18) when an engine performance is greater than or equal to a threshold value so as to decrease temperature of air coming out of an evaporator (16). The power consumed by the refrigerating loop is decreased, when the engine performance is lower than the threshold value. The air temperature is decreased by distributing chillness in the evaporator. An independent claim is also included for an air-conditioning and/or heating system for blowing air inside a cab interior of a motor vehicle.
