The device has a cooling circuit with inlet conduits (10, 12, 26) traversing cooling units (22, 24) disposed on cathodic and anodic outlet pipes (23, 25) of exhaust gas of a fuel cell (1), and a refrigerant circuit. The cooling units have heat exchangers (22a, 24a) traversed by the exhaust gas of the outlet pipe and the coolant. Other heat exchangers (22b, 24b) are traversed by exhaust gas and the refrigerant. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a vehicle comprising a fuel cell (b) a cooling method of a fuel cell.
