The lifter has a cutter bar (10) with cutting fingers (12) projecting on the cuter bar, and a fixing bar (18) with an end (20) fixed against the cutter bar. A stem lifter (24) is connected to an end (22) of the fixing bar. A part (46) of the fixing bar oriented towards ground (26) is coated by a coating resistant to usury. The coating is deposited by electro-plating or application of pressure.
