The method involves sintering metallic powder to fabricate flanges (7, 9) with angular sectors arranged in a plane with spatial distribution determined such that each sector extending on a periphery of a hub (2) is separated from a following sector by an empty space. The sectors of the flange (7) are shifted towards respective sectors of the flange (9) such that any sector of the flange (7) is opposite to the space of the flange (9). An independent claim is also included for a driving pulley.
