The holder has two walls (3), each with an opening to receive bottle body (20), and lower and upper rounded edges. Each wall has a stop for compressing the bottle neck with respect to that wall. A cam lock (4) coupling the walls is movable between spacing and connecting positions. The lock permits insertion of body between the walls, in the spacing position. The walls support the body when the lock is in connecting position.
