The wheel has a rotational axle (15) connected to a fixation plate (2) placed on an object, using a cylinder (14). The cylinder has a spring ball system engaged in grooves of the axle and a positioning cap (2) blocked in the grooves when a user exerts pressure on the cap, to interlock lugs of the plate with curved hollow parts of the cap in upper position of wheel or to unlock them in lower position.
