The cover (1) is constituted of a non-woven fabric (2) which is composed of non-woven micro-filaments or non-woven supermicro-filaments of a polymer or a combination of polymers of size of 0.05 to 11 decitex and of grammage of 4.5 to 650 grams/square meter. The fabric is divided into two identical parts that are assembled and integrated on a central part (4) equipped with fasteners (5), a reinforcement (6) and an edging (3).
