The pulley has a drive sleeve (54) that is mounted in a threaded manner on an inner driven body (26) so as to be axially moved towards the front in the direction of an outer driving body (24) when the pulley rotates with respect to the driven body in the direction of rotation. The sleeve is axially moved so as to shift from a rear axial stop position to a front axial locking position. An independent claim is also included for an accessory for an equipment of an internal combustion engine.
